This Saturday Dax McCarty will return back to the Red Bull Arena since being traded to Chicago Fire. Dax McCarty never got to say an actual goodbye to the New York Red Bull fans. On Friday, April 29 McCarty will play in the Red Bull Arena, but not as a Red bull player but as a Chicago Fire player. Even though Dax used to be a Red bulls player that doesn’t mean he will go easy on them. The Fire’s last match against Toronto FC didn’t go as expected to lose 3-1 the Fire will looking to leave New York with three points. The Fire is now sitting in 5th place with 11 points, while New York Red Bulls are in 3rd place where the Men in red were last week. New York is just 2 points ahead of Chicago Fire. The Fire is gonna have to win this match to get back up top. The Men in red can’t keep losing away games, they have to start playing better away. At this point every point is crucial. Dax McCarty with be looking for his teammates to help him say a proper goodbye.
