Coming home from an away win, all fans are hoping Chicago Fire can win at home against a strong team, the FC Dallas. The Fire is currently on a three-game win streak. The Fire has been playing extremely well this season and the win on the road was exactly what the men in red needed. Because the Fire’s defense has improved so much since the start of the season, it enhanced their capability to attack more. One player to keep your eye on is Brandon Vincent. Vincent is in his sophomore season in his career and is playing some fine futbol. With Schweinsteiger playing above Vincent, he has been motivated and has matured. The Fire is currently sitting in second place with 21 points, FC Dallas is in third with 19 points. Chicago Fire has been a tough team to beat at home. Since the Fire has yet to lose a home game, the men in red will be looking to secure the three points. Dallas fans favorites that the Fire must keep their eyes on are Mauro Diaz, Javier Morales, Urruti, and young Kellyn Acosta. The top scorer for the Fire, Nemanja Nikolic, has been missing many of the clear chances to score lately. Nikolic will have to work on his form for Thursday night’s game. Besides this slight weakness, Chicago Fire has been a strong team, carrying out strong attacks with players like Bastian, Accam, and Dax McCarty who have been creating key passes and counters.
