The day many Bulls fans have been waiting for is only 24 hours away. There are so many different scenarios being thrown out there so the only thing fans can do is expect the unexpected. We’re no doubt in for some drama, and the guys here at Bulls Nation wanted to answer some questions before the draft kicks off Thursday night.

If you were the Bulls GM, what is your big board?

Juan Hernandez: In order: Luka Doncic, DeAndre Ayton, Jaren Jackson, Mo Bamba, Michael Porter/Wendell Carter tie for 5th.

Kingsley Bernardo: DeAndre Ayton, Luka Doncic, Marvin Bagley, Jaren Jackson Jr, Mo Bamba.

Russ DeYoung: Luka Doncic, DeAndre Ayton, Jaren Jackson, Mo Bamba, Michael Porter.

Justin Butler: Deandre Ayton, Marvin Bagley, Jaren Jackson, Luka Doncic, Trae Young

What player would you would be most disappointed with at 7?

JH: Trae Young.

KB: Collin Sexton.

RD: Trae Young.

JB: Trae Young.

What is the Bulls best case scenario?

JH: Michael Porter or Mo Bamba slips to them at 7. It’s so hard to predict what’s going to happen but I’m confident one of them will be available. There’s also a very small part of me that believes they will trade up for Luka Doncic.

KB: Bulls can stay put at 7 and MPJ falls to them. Bulls also send 22 for a bad contract and slip into the back-end of the lottery.

RD: The Bulls package Portis and the 7th to the Grizzlies for 4 and Parsons. They then select Luka Doncic.
The Bulls then trade pick 22 to Charlotte for 11 and another bad contract and select Kevin Knox.

JB: Teams allow Michael Potter’s back issues to scare them away and he falls to the Bulls at 7.

Should the Bulls take on bad contracts for another draft pick?

JH: Absolutely. But it won’t happen. If we know anything about this front office, is that for the most part, they lack the creativity to make something out of nothing in trades. They won’t want to take on contracts for fear of “roster flexibility”.

KB: Without a doubt. Cap space isnt needed until 2019 and you pick up another potential piece to your young core.

RD: With my above scenarios I’m obviously a fan of taking in bad contracts for assets.

JB: The Bulls should utilize their cap space to get as many assets in this class as possible as next year projects as a weaker class.

Who is the most overrated player in this draft? Underrated?

JH: Overrated: Trae Young. Underrated: Wendell Carter, Jr .

KB: Overrated: Marvin Bagley III. Underrated: Wendell Carter, Jr.

RD: Overrated: Trae Young. Underrated: Wendell Carter, Jr.

JB: Most overrated is Luka Doncic who will be asked to play the second most difficult position to guard. Underrated is definitely Wendell Carter who is just scratching the surface of his capabilities.

So whose it going to be at #7? What about #22?

JH: Wendell Carter, Jr at #7. Chandler Hutchison at #22.

KB: Wendell Carter, Jr at #7. Donte DiVincenzo at #22.

RD: At #7 the Bulls choose MPJ who falls to them. At #22 the Bulls select Chandler Hutchinson. I know pretty chalk position I’m taking there but Garpax usually are pretty predictable.

JB: Mo Bamba at #7. Chandler Hutchison at #22.
