Last Saturday Chicago Fire defended at home against Toronto FC, who currently sits in 10th place in the eastern conference.

Fire were expected to dominate the game and out score the out formed TFC.

While the Fires attack played fairly well, the same issue the Fire still haven’t fixed cost them an important 3 points, Defense. Now not only was the defense struggling to defend most of the first half and the entire second, but goalkeeper Richard Sanchez made critical mistakes.

Katai was oddly quiet, but Fires newcomer Raheem Edwards showed the Fire fans what he has to give. He played a great game in the attack, with his counter attacks and created opportunities for Niko. He also had a couple chances at goal, especially with his diving header which came closer. But what was great to see is his hustle. Edwards did not give up once, he fought his hardest to regain possession and earn the Fire important free kicks.

Now hopefully Edwards can do it all again in Canadian Soil.

The men in red will be traveling to Canada to face Toronto FC, which the Fire previously lost 1-2.

Chicago Fire are hungry to receive the three points away. At this point of the season every point is important. The Fire lost their last 4 season games and their away form isn’t the best but it sure is better than last season.

A Win can possibly put them in 5th place, and with 12 games left in the season and the Eastern Conference being so tight in points like always, every point is important.

Will Chicago defeat Toronto FC away ? This isn’t the same TFC who won the MLS Cup last year. Toronto have so far 11 losses this year.

Will the Fire be able to make it 12?
