The Bears took a bad loss in Dallas but Justin Fields continues to show tremendous amounts of growth. With back to back rushing games with 200 yards or better on the ground since the 1960’s is worth the compliment. Coach Eberflus, has done a great job and stuck to his promise about running the football. Chicago has arguably one of the best running back combos in the league, and they aren’t looking to slow down anytime soon.

Coming into the game ranked as the number one rushing offense in the league, shows instant improvement from last year. As well as, Justin Fields has as many passing touchdowns through seven games as he did in the previous year. In addition, it is thoughtful to accept these moral victories in 2022. Because being able to look at the team’s growth to form an opinion on the Bears overall this year is key to staying motivated for next year. Going after a wide receiver through the market or draft is something that Poles explained would only be feasible if it made sense on both ends. Bear fans get ready because Chicago will have one of the highest salary caps for next year.

Currently, The Bears have the 12th pick of the draft and could very well make a splash at a big name wide reciever or offensive lineman. A major question that will soon play itself out is the idea of how good Braxton Jones can become. Poles reconstructed the offensive line completely within a year while having a lot of dead cap space to deal with. Be on the lookout for a big name offensive lineman in the draft process or free agency. Also take into consideration the HITS principals the coaches have been explaining to us before the season starts.

All in all, The Bears lost this game in bad fashion but there are many takeaways that can be complimented during this learning process.
